Terms of Service

The Service

Statespace Technologies, Inc. builds open-source, data-centric infrastructure for AI agents. The Service includes our hosted platform, APIs, and related tools. Our current product, ToolFront, is a declarative framework for building RAG applications.

Data Handling

We process data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell, analyze for our own purposes, or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (such as our cloud infrastructure providers) or as required by law.

You retain all rights to your data. Upon request, we will delete your data within 72 hours and confirm deletion. Deleted data will be removed from backups within 30 days. Billing records are retained as needed for refunds and disputes.

Privacy and Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API credentials.

All data submitted to the Service is treated as confidential. We will not use your data for competitive purposes or access it except as necessary to provide the Service, with your permission for support purposes, or as required by law.

Access to the Service

To use the Service, you need an account and API credentials. The Service is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as specified in your plan.

You are prohibited from using the Service to process illegal content, violate third-party rights, or engage in activities that may harm the Service or other users.

Payment

The cost and payment terms are specified in your order or pilot agreement.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. The 14-day period starts when your payment is made. To request a refund, contact us via email or Discord.

Disclaimers

Statespace Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to modify the Service by updating the software or making changes to certain features. We will attempt to prevent interruptions and defects in the Service. Despite our best efforts, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, nor the accuracy of the Service or any material provided by the Service. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Service with 30 days notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, we will delete your data as described above.

General

These terms are governed by Delaware law. Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
