• Your content: Files and data you upload to the Service
• Usage data: API request counts and timestamps for billing and rate limiting
• Payment information: Transaction records and payment method references (we do not store full card numbers)

We process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not analyze, mine, or use your content for any other purpose.

Data We Do Not Collect

• IP addresses in connection with API usage
• Behavioral or tracking data
• Third-party analytics or advertising data

Data Retention

• Your content: Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion or at your request.
• Account data: Deleted within 72 hours of account deletion request.
• Payment records: Retained as needed for refunds, disputes, and legal compliance.

Third Parties

We use third-party services for payment processing and cloud infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via email or Discord.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking or analytics cookies.

Updates

Material changes to this policy will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
